1. WE PROVIDE FREE DOMESTIC PRIORITY SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $60.00+

2.  WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?

Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. We will package and ship your order within 1-3 business days or sooner. For sales & holidays please allow for longer processing times.

3. WE ONLY SHIP USING USPS

USPS shipping rates are the lowest and we pass those savings onto you, our customer.

  1. First-class packages sent via USPS typically take 3-5 days for delivery.
  2. Priority-class packages sent via USPS typically take 2-3 days for delivery.

4. I PLACED AN ORDER, WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once we fulfill your order our system will send you your tracking information via email.

5. I HAVE MY TRACKING NUMBER, WHY DOESN’T IT WORK?

Once your tracking information is sent, please allow USPS up to 24 hours to update the package status and tracking destination.

  1. Once we ship your order out we have no control over delivery times or anything else related to USPS.
  2. Package lost, stolen or damaged? Fill out the contact form  and we’ll contact you to try & resolve the issue. Most of the time you will need to file an online claim with USPS.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE

We do ship international. Rates are a flat rate fee dependent upon USPS’s international pricing.

PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS TAKES 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS AS MELLOVAPORCRAFT IS CLOSED OVER THE WEEKENDS.
AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED/FULFILLED YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP OUT. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR TRACKING DETAILS/INFORMATION.
